HOW IT WORKS


DUE TO COVID-19 we have changed our delivery day temporarily for only on Mondays and closing order on Saturday at 5pm. We expect to be back to normal soon! 

Ordering:

  • Check out our weekly menu (Posted every Sunday night)
  • Select the best dishes you want
  • Enjoy the commodity to receive it at home or work on Sunday or Tuesday

 Be Aware:

  •  Meal orders will be accepted from Sunday up to Thursday (5pm) or Sunday (5pm) of the previous week.
  • Dishes will be delivered in different days (Please pay attention when selecting)
  • The delivery will be made on the next Sunday and Tuesday according to the following hours.

    Delivery:

    SUNDAY

    Zone 1: North Vancouver/West Vancouver: (8:00 AM to 9:00 AM)

    Zone 2: Downtown Vancouver/Vancouver up to Broadway (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

    Zone 3: South Vancouver/Granville Island (Minimum of 3 meals) (12:00 PM to 3 PM)

    Zone 4: Burnaby/New Westminster/Richmond/Tri-Cities (12:00 PM to 3:00 PM) (Minimum of 3 meals)

    TUESDAY

     

    Zone 1: North Vancouver/West Vancouver: (8:00 AM to 9:00 AM)

    Zone 2: Downtown Vancouver/Vancouver up to Broadway (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

    Zone 3: South Vancouver/Granville Island (Minimum of 3 meals) (12:00 PM to 3 PM)

    Zone 4: Burnaby/New Westminster/Richmond/Tri-Cities (12:00 PM to 3:00 PM) (Minimum of 3 meals)

    If you reside outside of our delivery zones, make sure you subscribe to our email list and we will update you when we arrive in your neighbourhood. Or, if you have a friend or family within our area, you can make arrangements with them since we want everyone to enjoy Good2Go.

    Please make arrangements to have someone to receive your order between those times or have a cooler to avoid a re-delivery charge.

    Returns:

    We will use the best ingredients available and ensure the highest level of care goes into each and every meal. We do understand, however, things happen outside of our control. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email us immediately at good2gonv@gmail.com and one of our dedicated professionals will contact you.

    Cancellations:

    If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please make sure to contact us at: good2gonv@gmail.com before Thursday (noon) of the previous week. Any cancellations after that time are non-refundable!
