Passion for food has always been inherent in Thiago Mazoni’s life since his early childhood, from early beginnings working as an apprentice Chef at the family’s hotel in Brazil back in 2008. From there, his passion for the food industry world was just the beginning. After starting his own restaurant Thiago also spent time crafting his skills in other famous restaurants, such as Na Mata Café, and Porcão. After a number of years, he felt it was time to do something different.
In Vancouver, Thiago is building a name for himself within the local food industry after having worked for more than 4 years at the renowned Grouse Mountain resort.
With certificates in Food Preparation, Culinary Methods and Food Safety, Thiago is now bringing together his diverse experiences within the food industry. This experience combined with memories of strong family connections to create impeccable and unique Brazilian homemade food, Thiago also adds in a touch of renowned International dishes.
